Ingredients
- Blue Curaçao Syrup30ml1 oz
- Lemon Juice15ml½ oz
- Lemonade120ml4 oz
How to make it
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Blue Curaçao syrup and lemon juice. Top with lemon-lime soda (or lemonade) and stir gently.
About the Blue Lagoon Mocktail
The Blue Lagoon is usually credited to Andy MacElhone at Harry's New York Bar in Paris in the early 1960s. This version replaces the vodka and blue curaçao with curaçao syrup and lemonade.
