Ingredients
- 50mlBlue Curaçao Syrup
- 500mlLemonade
- 50mlLemon Juice
- 400mlWater
How to make it
- Stir the blue curaçao syrup, lemon juice and water together, then add the lemonade slowly.
- Pour into the slushie machine and run its regular slush preset (the batch card shows which one) until the slush is ready.
- Serve in highball glasses with a lemon wheel.
About the Blue Lemonade Slush
Blue curaçao syrup has the orange flavour and colour of the Caribbean liqueur without the alcohol; the blue is food colouring, as it is in the liqueur.
