- 100mlRed Wine
- 100mlLemon Soda
How to make it
- Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in the red wine and top with lemon soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice.
Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.
About the Tinto de Verano
"Summer red wine" is what Spaniards drink far more often than Sangria: chilled red wine lengthened with a lemon soda such as La Casera or Fanta Limón.
