Ingredients
- 45mlGin
- 15mlLemon Juice
- 15mlOrgeat
- 7.5mlPassion Fruit Purée
- 7.5mlVelvet Falernum
How to make it
- Flash-blend all ingredients with a cup of crushed ice and pour into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lime twist wrapped around a cherry on a pick.
Tip: Blend in short bursts and stop as soon as it is smooth, so it stays thick.
About the Saturn
A rare gin-based tiki drink: J. "Popo" Galsini won the 1967 IBA world cocktail championship with it. Jeff "Beachbum" Berry later brought the forgotten recipe back.
