- Grapefruit Juice120ml4 oz
Garnish: Salt
How to make it
Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge and dip it in salt. Fill the glass with ice, add the vodka and grapefruit juice, and stir.
About the Salty Dog
Essentially a Greyhound with a salted rim. The salt tames the grapefruit's bitterness and makes the juice taste brighter and sweeter.
