Ingredients
- Scotch Whisky60ml2 oz
- Lemon Juice22.5ml¾ oz
- Honey Ginger Syrup22.5ml¾ oz
- Islay Scotch7.5ml¼ oz
How to make it
Shake first three ingredients with ice. Strain into rocks glass. Float Islay scotch.

- No scotch whisky? Use Johnnie Walker Scotch (Johnnie Walker is a blended Scotch)
- No scotch whisky? Use Irish Whiskey (Lighter and less smoky)
- No lemon juice? Use Lemon (Squeeze fresh: 1 lemon gives about 30 ml)
- No lemon juice? Use Lime Juice (Sharper, different aroma)
- No honey ginger syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Muddle a few slices of fresh ginger with it)
- No islay scotch? Use Scotch Whisky (Loses most of the peat smoke)
- No islay scotch? Use Johnnie Walker Scotch (Loses most of the peat smoke)
