How to make it

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and add the Canadian whisky.
  2. Pour in the cranberry juice and sour apple schnapps and stir.
  3. Garnish with an apple slice.

Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.

About the Ottawa Apple

The signature drink of the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT's World Showcase, sold at Le Cellier and the pavilion's kiosk. It is essentially a Washington Apple served long over ice; early versions used Crown Royal's maple-finished whisky.
