Ingredients
- Gin45ml1½ oz
- Orange Juice30ml1 oz
- Simple Syrup15ml½ oz
- Orange Blossom Water2 drops
Garnish: Orange Peel
How to make it
Add all ingredients except garnish to a shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
About the Orange Blossom
The Orange Blossom dates back to Prohibition era, when orange juice was used to mask the flavour of bathtub gin. Orange blossom water adds elegant floral complexity.

- No gin? Use Old Tom Gin (Slightly sweeter)
- No gin? Use Genever (Maltier and rounder)
- No orange juice? Use Orange (Squeeze fresh: 1 orange gives about 70 ml)
- No orange juice? Use Blood Orange Juice (Berry-like and deep red)
- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
- No orange blossom water? Use Orange Flower Water (Same thing, different name)
