Ingredients
- 45mlNon-alcoholic agave spirit
- 15mlLime Juice
- 180mlSoda Water
How to make it
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the agave alternative and lime juice, then pour in the soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
Tip: Fill the glass right to the top with ice so the drink stays cold without watering down fast.

Ritual's Ranch Water recipe uses an agave alternative, lime and about six ounces of soda. Measuring the soda keeps the recipe repeatable; other agave alternatives can change its sweetness and smoky notes.
