- Maple Syrup15ml½ oz
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
How to make it
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over large ice cube.

- No bourbon? Use Jim Beam Bourbon (Jim Beam is a bourbon)
- No bourbon? Use Jack Daniels (Tennessee whiskey is made much like bourbon)
- No maple syrup? Use Honey Syrup
- No maple syrup? Use Simple Syrup (Less sweet and loses the maple)
- No angostura bitters? Use Peychaud's Bitters (Lighter, with more anise)
