Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients
- Citrus Vodka30ml1 oz
- Triple Sec20ml⅔ oz
- Lemon Juice15ml½ oz
- Simple Syrup10ml⅓ oz
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Created in San Francisco in the 1970s, named after the sour lemon candy.
Missing something?
- No citrus vodka? Use Vodka (Add a strip of lemon peel or a dash more lemon juice)
- No triple sec? Use Grand Marnier (Richer and cognac-based)
- No triple sec? Use Blue Curaçao (Same flavour, but turns the drink blue)
- No lemon juice? Use Lemon (Squeeze fresh: 1 lemon gives about 30 ml)
- No lemon juice? Use Lime Juice (Sharper, different aroma)
- No simple syrup? Use Sugar (1 tsp sugar is about 7.5 ml syrup; stir until dissolved)
- No simple syrup? Use Honey Syrup (Adds honey flavour)
