- Guinness120ml4 oz
- Baileys Irish Cream15ml½ oz
- Irish Whiskey15ml½ oz
How to make it
Pour Guinness into a pint glass. Mix Baileys and Jameson in a shot glass. Drop the shot into the Guinness and drink immediately before it curdles.
About the Irish Car Bomb
Must be consumed quickly as the Baileys will curdle in the acidic beer. Named controversially after Irish political history.
