- Gin50ml1⅔ oz
- Tonic WaterTop up
How to make it
Fill a chilled highball glass with ice and pour in the gin. Top up with tonic water and stir once, gently, to keep the fizz. Garnish with a lime wedge.
About the Gin and Tonic
Born in British India, where officers made their bitter anti-malarial quinine tonic easier to drink with gin, sugar and lime. Bottled tonic water arrived in 1870 and the pairing has been built the same way ever since.
