How to make it
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Named for a Royal Navy surgeon, originally made with Roses lime cordial.
Missing something?
- No gin? Use Old Tom Gin (Slightly sweeter)
- No gin? Use Genever (Maltier and rounder)
- No lime cordial? Use Lime Juice (Add half as much simple syrup to sweeten)
