- Lime Juice15ml½ oz
How to make it
Fill highball with ice. Add lime juice and ginger beer. Float dark rum on top.

- No dark rum? Use Aged Rum (Lighter, less molasses)
- No dark rum? Use Gold Rum (Lighter, less molasses)
- No ginger beer? Use Ginger Ale (Milder and sweeter)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
