- 30mlPeach Schnapps
- 15mlBaileys Irish Cream
- 3 dashesGrenadine
How to make it
- Pour the peach schnapps into a shot glass.
- Slowly pour the Irish cream over the back of a bar spoon so it curdles into brain-like strands, then drip the grenadine in so it sinks through like blood.
- Drink before it settles.
Tip: Pour each layer slowly over the back of a bar spoon, heaviest first.
About the Brain Hemorrhage
The curdling is the point: the acidic schnapps sets the cream liqueur into strands. A Halloween favourite, also spelled Brain Haemorrhage.
