- Kahlúa22.5ml¾ oz
- Baileys Irish Cream7.5ml¼ oz
How to make it
Pour the coffee liqueur into a shot glass. Slowly pour the Irish cream over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top like the head on a pint of stout.
About the Baby Guinness
Named for its look rather than its contents: a dark body under a creamy head, like a tiny pint of Guinness. It contains no beer at all.
