Ingredients
- 45mlPeach Schnapps
- 150mlMango Purée
- 15mlGrenadine
How to make it
- Blend the peach schnapps and mango purée with a cup of crushed ice until smooth.
- Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a hurricane glass and pour the frozen mix over it.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Tip: Blend in short bursts and stop as soon as it is smooth, so it stays thick.

A frozen drink from the bar menus of Carnival Cruise Line, where it is peach schnapps blended with mango and ice over a swirl of grenadine. Home versions often add white or coconut rum to make it stronger.
