Ingredients
- Pineapple Juice60ml2 oz
- Mango Nectar60ml2 oz
- Lime Juice15ml½ oz
- Ginger Beer60ml2 oz
How to make it
Shake the pineapple juice, mango nectar and lime juice with ice. Strain into a glass over fresh ice and top with ginger beer.

A sweet-and-spicy tropical highball: pineapple, mango and lime bring the tiki-style fruit, and ginger beer adds sparkle and heat.
Missing something?
- No mango nectar? Use Mango (Blend the flesh with a little water and strain)
- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
- No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
- No ginger beer? Use Ginger Ale (Milder and sweeter)
