Sidewinder's Fang
The Sidewinder's Fang is a tropical, citrusy tiki cocktail made with Dark Rum, Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Passion Fruit Syrup and Soda Water. It is shaken and served in a wine glass, about 6% ABV.

Ingredients
- 60mlDark Rum
- 45mlLime Juice
- 45mlOrange Juice
- 45mlPassion Fruit Syrup
- 90mlSoda Water
How to make it
- Split the rum measure equally between dark Jamaican and Demerara rums.
- Shake the rums, juices and syrup with ice, then pour unstrained into a large wine glass.
- Stir in the soda water, add more ice, and garnish with a long curl of orange peel.
Tip: Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds, until the tin is frosty.
