Passionfruit Martini Mocktail

Ingredients
- Passionfruit Puree60ml2 oz
- Vanilla Syrup15ml½ oz
- Lime Juice15ml½ oz
- Soda Water30ml1 oz
How to make it
Shake the passion fruit purée, vanilla syrup and lime juice vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with half a passion fruit.

Inspired by the Pornstar Martini, created by Douglas Ankrah at London's Townhouse bar in 2002, which made passion fruit and vanilla a famous pairing.

- No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
