The Nui Nui is a spicy, citrusy tiki cocktail made with Gold Rum, Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Cinnamon Syrup and more. It is shaken and served in a tiki mug, about 17% ABV.

Ingredients
- 60mlGold Rum
- 15mlLime Juice
- 15mlOrange Juice
- 10mlCinnamon Syrup
- 5mlVanilla Syrup
- 5mlAllspice Dram
- 1 dashAngostura Bitters
How to make it
- Shake all ingredients hard with ice, then strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
- Add more crushed ice and garnish with a long strip of orange peel.
Tip: Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds, until the tin is frosty.
About the Nui Nui
Donn Beach served the Nui Nui at Don the Beachcomber in the 1930s. He concealed its vanilla and allspice ingredients in numbered spice blends, later decoded by cocktail historian Jeff "Beachbum" Berry.
