Virgin Moscow Mule

Ingredients

• Ginger Beer120ml4 oz
• Lime Juice15ml½ oz

How to make it

Fill a copper mug with ice. Add ginger beer and lime juice. Stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge and maybe a sprig of mint.

About the Virgin Moscow Mule

The Moscow Mule was created in Los Angeles in 1941 to help sell vodka and ginger beer, and its copper mug became its trademark. Without the vodka, lime and ginger beer still make a sharp, spicy cooler.

• No ginger beer? Use Ginger Ale (Milder and sweeter)
• No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
• No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
