About the Presbyterian
A Scotch highball lengthened with both soda water and ginger ale, which keeps it drier than whisky and ginger alone. The name is usually taken as a nod to the Church of Scotland.

- No Scotch Whisky? Use Irish Whiskey (Lighter and less smoky)
