This makes a 1 litre batch for a slushie machine. The sugar and alcohol are balanced so it freezes properly, so stick to the amounts.

How to make it

Stir the vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice and lime juice together, then pour into the slushie machine and run its alcoholic preset (the batch card shows which one) until the slush is ready. Serve in highball glasses with a lime wedge.

About the Woo Woo Slush

Essentially a Sex on the Beach without the orange juice, the Woo Woo was a 1980s bar favourite. The peach schnapps brings sugar as well as flavour, so this slush needs no added syrup.

  • No vodka? Use Citrus Vodka (Adds a lemon note)
  • No peach schnapps? Use Apricot Brandy
  • No peach schnapps? Use Peach Brandy (Richer and less sweet)
  • No lime juice? Use Lime (Squeeze fresh: 1 lime gives about 25 ml)
  • No lime juice? Use Lemon Juice (Softer, different aroma)
